Annual Report 2024-25

We are happy to publish the first Pathoplexus Annual Report, covering the period since Pathoplexus was founded in August 2024 until end-of-2025 and approved by the General Assembly on 10 June. It summarizes our first year and four months, including the launch and growth of the platform, the expansion to additional viruses, direct submissions from around the world, software improvements, community engagement, governance activities and recognition received during this period.

Transparency, including financial transparency, is central to us and our values. The annual report therefore includes the financial statement and internal audit report alongside the broader activity report.
